If you chose between doing a big film or a small film, which would you choose and why?
It’s a bit hard to decide between projects. I’d rather take part in big films If I’m unfamiliar with the other cast and crew creating it. But passion projects by people I know are extremely rewarding as well.
What was your headshot session like?
I absolutely loved my session! The environment was really welcoming and instructions were clear during the shoot.
What is your favourite type of role to play? Why?
I prefer comedic roles over serious roles as I feel they fit better with my personality.
What’s the best bit of advice you’ve been given?
Acting is like a muscle. If you work on it, people will notice and you’ll feel better about your creative abilities. But if you’re lazy and don’t exercise your skills, you’ll suffer when you have to put them to use.
If you could travel back in time to meet anyone (living or dead) who would it be and why?
Meeting someone would be cool, but if I could go back in time I would just want to see Rome in its glory days. It’s always fascinated me, and I’ve always been disappointed that it’s not all still there.
What’s the most interesting role you’ve had?
I played the wrestler and the stalker in the second season of young rock.
What’s the most interesting workshop you’ve attended?
Definitely my time in the NIDA 1 year course. I absolutely loved my team and I learned a whole lot.
Who is your agent?
Holly with Williams talent
Do you work in TV, film, theatre or all three?
I’m experienced in all 3 but I rather film and tv
What do you like about acting the most?
Getting to get into someone else’s mind and getting to tell a story.
When did you start acting? What got you started?
When I was about 15. I had a theatre course at school and it felt like it just clicked for me.
What is your strength as an actor?
Definitely my ability to listen and react quickly and on my feet. I know how to deal with mistakes without panicking as well.
Describe your most challenging role to date and why was it challenging?
Definitely my role during my school musical where I played Daddy Warbucks in Annie. It involved singing and dancing, both of which I had very little experience with.
What is your dream role? Why?
I would like to play an everyday hero, I don’t feel like I can visualise specific roles I would like to play, but I would go for most things
Who do you most admire? Why?
Definitely Robin Williams. I feel like he always treated others well, regardless of who they were or where they came from.
If you had a magic wand, what would you do next?
Influence probability
Anything else you’d like to tell us about yourself?
